The hotel is located close to shopping arcades and a street tram stop, making it easy to move around and explore the city. the hotel offers complementary Wi-Fi, something that can be difficult to find in Japan. I also appreciated being able to open the window in my room to get fresh air.

The room was quite basic and had a few issues; the bed was too firm for my liking and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

We stayed at a hotel that had a great location and was very convenient for us. It was right at the city center and close to everything that we wanted to explore. There were a lot of main shopping streets nearby, which was really helpful. the room and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were great. We had access to fast Wi-Fi and had a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Some of the staff didn't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.
